The professional CF401 exercise machine is one of the key elements in crossfit training. It is designed to perform exercises focused on the posterior chain of muscles: back extension (hyperextension), training the gluteal muscles, thigh biceps, as well as powerful work on the abdominal muscles. The design provides an amplitude of movements that is not available on classic incline benches, which is critically important for the development of an athlete's explosive strength.
Design features and adjustments:
- Unlike standard exercise machines, the CF401 model provides a body position parallel to the floor at the starting point, which allows you to perform exercises with full amplitude.
- The exercise machine is equipped with a sliding frame system with a reliable spring lock. This allows you to precisely adjust the length of the exercise machine to the height of any athlete, ensuring the correct biomechanics of movements.
- The leg fixation block consists of four large-diameter soft rollers that securely hold the feet and shins, minimizing discomfort during intense repetitions.
