According to Article 8, Clause 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the return and exchange of non-food products that were in use is carried out with the consent of the seller.
In this regard, please note that the Brustyle factory exchanges and returns goods only if:
- the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
- no obvious traces of use;
- preserved presentation;
- the goods are not damaged by the buyer during operation.
