The warranty period of the equipment is 12 months. The supplier is not liable for warranty if:

  • the equipment was stored in violation of the technological conditions of the manufacturer;
  • requirements and recommendations for the operation of equipment parts were not met;
  • the product was disassembled;
  • the structural parts of the product were replaced;
  • the equipment was not used for its intended purpose;
  • the user was injured due to non-compliance with security measures, vandalism or intentional damage to the equipment.

The supplier reserves the right to make some changes to the design of the products aimed at improving the appearance and performance of the equipment.

We will be able to eliminate problems of any kind in the work of simulators, help extend the life of the equipment, take preventive measures, carry out repairs, adjustments and adjustments, help return to work any sports equipment that has failed.

Warranty service is not provided if:

  • warranty card lost or not filled out;
  • the product has traces of mechanical damage or dissection;
  • factory seals are broken;
  • conditions of operation, transportation or storage have been violated;
  • repairs were carried out by persons who are not employees of the authorized service center;
  • non-original components were used.

To carry out warranty service you need:

  • correctly, without errors and corrections, the warranty card is filled in, which must indicate the model and serial number of the product, date of sale and seal of the trading organization;
  • document confirming the purchase (consignment note);
  • complete set of goods.

We also draw your attention to the fact that when receiving and paying for the order, the buyer in the presence of the courier is obliged to check the configuration and appearance of the goods for physical defects (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) and completeness. After the departure of the courier, claims on these issues are not accepted! The color of the product may differ from the one shown in the photo due to the naturalness of the material.
