If something is wrong with the product, you need to send us a photo or call, and DO NOT accept the product, as the postal intermediary will not pay compensation in this case. There have been cases of damage to the goods by the carrier, even with visually complete packaging on the goods. If the goods have been accepted, we will not be able to compensate for the damage caused by the carrier!
These rules do not apply to the warranty period. There is a guarantee for all our goods, and we always meet the needs of our customers!
